Description***DISCONTINUED PRODUCT*** This antibody recognizes the CD14 antigen, a LPS receptor which is strongly expressed on monocyte surface and weakly expressed on granulocyte, macrophage, dendritic cell and B-cell surface. This antibody neutralizes LPS-mediated cell activation. The antibody can be used for detecting CD14 in flow cytometry and in immunohistocytology with frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
