Description

Most mature B lymphocytes express IgM. This antibody recognizes human mu chains. The specificity of the anti-IgM antibody has been verified in indirect ELISA against human IgM, IgG, IgA and IgD. The antibody can be used for detecting human mu heavy chains in ELISA, flow cytometry, and immunohistocytochemistry of acetone-fixed frozen sections.
