Description

This goat polyclonal antibody recognizes the mouse gamma heavy chain in IgG and is coupled to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) for applications in ELISA and Western blot. The anti-serum is preadsorbed against human, rat and rabbit IgG and affinity purified using a column coupled with mouse IgG. The purified antibody is then labeled with peroxidase by using a modified periodate coupling protocol.
