Description

This antibody recognizes rat IgG and is coupled to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) for applications in ELISA, Western blot and IHC. The anti-serum is preadsorbed against human serum proteins and affinity purified using a column coupled with rat IgG. The purified antibody is then labeled with peroxidase by using a modified periodate coupling protocol.
