Description

This antibody recognizes the epsilon chain of the CD3 antigen in the TCR/CD3 complex on mature human T-cells.  The antibody can be used for detecting CD3 in flow cytometry, frozen tissue sections, histology, RIA and immunoprecipitation. We recommend using this antibody for staining protocols including cell fixation. For T-cell stimulation, we recommend using product Cat. No. 250142.

Application Notes

FACS with whole blood: 100 μl blood + 10 μl antibody

FACS with cells: 500,000 cells in 50 μl + 10 μl antibody

This antibody recognizes the CD3 epsilon chain of the TCR/CD3 complex on mature human T-cells. The antibody stains 60-90% of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells in flow cytometry.  For T-cell stimulation, we recommend using the product Cat.No. 250142 (azide free format).
