Description

This antibody recognizes the CD69 antigen, which is an early activation marker (within 2 hrs) on T, B and NK-cells. CD69 is also expressed by activated platelets, and is possibly involved in signal transduction. The antibody can be used for detecting CD69 in flow cytometry.

FACS with cells: 500,000 cells in 50 μl + 10 μl antibody

This antibody recognizes the CD69 antigen. In flow cytometry, the antibody stains >90% of activated human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
