Description

This antibody recognizes the CD7 antigen which is expressed on T-cells, NK cells and pluripotent hematopoeitic cells. CD7 is the earliest lineage marker on the T-cell lineage. The antibody can be used for detecting CD7 in flow cytometry.

FACS with whole blood: 100 μl blood + 10 μl antibody

FACS with cells: 500,000 cells in 50 μl + 10 μl antibody

This antibody recognizes the CD7 antigen on T-cells and NK cells. In flow cytometry, the antibody stains 50-90% of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
