Each vial contains 1 ml IgG (100 tests) in PBS pH7.4, 0.1% BSA with 0.09% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by Protein-A affinity chromatography.

This antibody is an isotype control for IgG1 immunoglobulins. The antibody can be used as a negative control in flow cytometry.

FACS with whole blood: 100 μl blood + 10 μl antibody

FACS with cells: 500,000 cells in 50 μl + 10 μl antibody

This antibody recognizes keyhole lymphocyte hemocyanin (KLH). In flow cytometry, the antibody stains <1% of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
