Description

Glutathione S-transferase (GST) is an enzyme that conjugates reduced glutathione to a wide number of exogenous and endogenous hydrophobic electrophiles. GST is a honotrimer that binds one molecule of glutathione. GST is also used as a fusion protein to express active recombinant proteins in expression system. This antibody is used to detect GST fusion protein in ELISA and Western blot.
