Description

Heat shock protein 75 kDa, mitochondrial (HSP75 TRAP-1) is a mitochondrial chaperone with ATPase activity. HSP75 TRAP-1binds to the intracellular domain of tumor necrosis factor type 1 receptor, and also binds to RB1. HSP75 TRAP-1 is expressed in skeletal muscle, liver, heart, brain, kidney, pancreas, lung and placenta.
