Description

Serine/threonine-protein kinase PAK 6 (PAK-6) is a protein kinase that acts on a variety of targets. PAK-6 interacts tightly with GTP-bound but not GDP-bound CDC42/p21 and RAC1, and also interacts with the androgen receptor. PAK-6 is autophosphorylated when activated by CDC42/p21.
