Please supply us with the following information when you place your order:

1. Quote number, if applicable
2. Customer account number, if available
3. Billing address
4. Name and contact information of purchasing agent
5. Shipping address
6. Attention line or end user name and contact information
7. Payment information (PO number or credit card information)
8. VAT number, if applicable
9. Catalog numbers, product descriptions, and quantities

Abbiotec accepts MasterCard and VISA credit cards for purchases. Please include the card type, the card number, expiration date, and the cardholder’s name with the order.

Orders may be placed by mail, fax, email, telephone, or online with a Paypal account.

Abbiotec business hours are 8:00 am to 5 pm US Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Written confirmation of a telephone or fax order is not required. However, if confirmation of an order is sent, it should be clearly marked with “CONFIRMING ORDER, DO NOT DUPLICATE”.
