Description

Coilin is found in the nuclear coiled bodies (CBS) or Cajal bodies, which are involved in snRNP and snoRNP biogenesis and posttranscriptional modification of newly assembled spliceosomal snRNAs. CBS are located in the interchromatin space between the nucleolus and the nucleus.

Format

Each vial contains 0.1 mg of lyophilized peptide. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml deionized water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Use at 5.6 ug/ml for a 100X excess over antibody for maximum blocking effect.
