Description

Hamartin (TSC1) is involved in vesicular transport and docking with TSC2. Hamartin is a tumor suppressor. Defects in hamartin are the cause of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC), a multi-system disorder.

Format

Each vial contains 0.1 mg of lyophilized peptide. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml deionized water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Use at 5.6 ug/ml for a 100X excess over antibody for maximum blocking effect.
