Description

PIK3CA, a PI3/PI4 kinase, phosphorylates PtdIns, PtdIns4P and PtdIns(4,5)P2 with a preference for PtdIns(4,5)P2. Defects in PIK3CA are associated with colorectal, breast and epithelial ovarian cancers.

Format

Each vial contains 0.1 mg of lyophilized peptide. Reconstitute with 0.1 ml deionized water for a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Use at 5.6 ug/ml for a 100X excess over antibody for maximum blocking effect.
