Description

Recombinant Human Stromal Derived Growth Factor-1-beta (H-SDF-1-beta) is an important chemoattractant for T-lymphocytes and monocytes. The human amino acid sequence shares 100% homology to the feline SDF-1-beta. Recombinant H-SDF-1-beta is a polypeptide chain comprised of 72 amino acids with a MW of 8,526 Da.

Application Notes

H-SDF-1-beta is fully biologically active when compared to standard. Activity is determined by the ability to chemoattract human peripheral T cells stimulated with IL-2 and PHA in a concentration range from 10-75 ng/ml.

Store at -20°C. Product is guaranteed one year from the date of shipment. Following reconstitution, store at -20°C. We recommend to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) for long term storage.
