Description

Proteasome 26S subunit ATPase 3 (PSMC3) is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. In HIV-1 infection, PSMC3 suppresses Tat-mediated transactivation. PSMC3 is sumoylated by UBE2I in response to MEKK1-mediated stimuli.
